For shops and trades — Ontario, Canada-wide

Fill it out. File it away. Hunt it down again.

That's not the business you started — it's just what eats the day.

Quotes, purchase orders, job notes — whatever it is, if it lives in a spreadsheet, a binder, or your memory, I build the version that doesn't need you to hold it all together by hand.

FIRST LOOK No charge. You see a working prototype before you spend anything.
HOW IT'S PRICED By the job, not the hour. Half up front, half on handoff — no surprise invoices.
BUILD TO SHIP, NOT SUBSCRIBE No monthly fee. What I build costs nothing to run after handoff — and it looks like your business, not a vendor's.
TYPICAL RANGE Most projects run $1,500–$8,000. You'll get a real number after the free prototype, not before.

What this actually looks like, built for a real shop

JOB NO. 014 Custom Millwork & Cabinetry, Ontario

Purchase orders were scattered across email, memory, and whoever placed the order — and the paper trail vanished the moment anything changed. I built a system on Google Drive, the tool they already had, that the whole team can open from the shop or from home. Every PO can be created, edited in place, marked received, or voided — and every single one of those changes generates and archives a timestamped PDF automatically, so there's a full history without anyone managing one.

Phase 1 shipped, they used it, and now we're back at the table for phase two — adding price history by product, so if a supplier's pricing creeps up, it's visible instead of buried in old paperwork. That's the job-shop part: built, handed off, and picked back up properly when there's a real next phase, not a ticket queue.

"Ask me what happened to a PO from three weeks ago and I used to have to hunt through email and guess. Now I just look it up. That's it — that's the whole win."

What I build with you

SVC — 01 Workflow & process automation. I start by mapping how things actually work today, not how they're supposed to — that gap is usually where the real problem lives. Then I replace the manual steps with something that runs on its own.
SVC — 02 Custom business tools. Built around your specific workflow, not a generic product you bend to fit. Scoped and priced before anything gets built, then delivered in phases so you're not waiting months to see it working.
SVC — 03 Built on what you already use. If your team already lives in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another platform, that's where we start. No forced migrations, no new logins to manage.
SVC — 04 Free discovery & prototype. You see a real, working prototype before anything gets built or billed — something to react to, not a description of what might be possible.
SVC — 05 Documentation & handoff. Every project ends with a system your team can run and documentation they can actually follow — no calling me after. That's the whole point.
SVC — 06 No vendor agenda. No preferred platform, no reseller deal to protect. The tool gets picked to fit the job.

A note on scope creep: I don't charge for it. Big shops issue change orders every time a requirement evolves — I build that into my pricing from the start. A more complete solution isn't scope creep. A completely different problem is a new job.

Tell me what's slowing you down

Fill in what you know. You don't need to have the solution figured out — most people don't when they first reach out, and that's exactly where we start.
